How long before do we have to book a photoshoot for the wedding?

A precise answer does not exist. Our advice is to book as soon as possible, if you already have clear ideas about what you are looking for. Most couples reserve a year in advance but someone also moves before. To ensure a quality job, we have chosen not to surpass a number of annual marriages. So if you are sure of what you want, don’t waste time. You take the risk of someone confirming before you.

How many are you on the wedding day?

When the shoot provides only photos, there are two of us. In the case of photo and videoshoot, we are three.

How to make a reservation?

The booking date is made by paying a deposit when signing the contract. This serves to confirm the date and ensure the exclusivity of our service on your wedding day. The contract also contains some articles and information concerning the service and payment.

How many photos do you deliver?

There is not a number. The number of photos varies depending on what happens during the wedding. We usually deliver about 500/600 photos.

How long is the wedding video?

It depends on the type of wedding. Videos can last 5 minutes,10 minutes, 20 minutes. The length of the video varies depending on what happens during the wedding.

How long do you keep photos and videos of our wedding?

For a year, no more. We deliver all the material on 3 flash drives and then, from the date of delivery, we are no longer responsible, as per contract.

What is the delivery time?

Usually the delivery times vary from 1 to 4 months for the whole job. Much depends on the time of year in which the wedding is celebrated and on whether or not to print an album.

Is the album included in your service?

The wedding album is not included in the honorarium for the photoshoot and provides an additional expenditure. We leave customers free to decide whether to add it or not. The whole job, with or without the album, is delivered on 3 flash drives.

If we decide to print the album, can we see the layout before printing?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. The selection of the photos is obviously made by the spouses, but once the photos are selected, we deal with the layout.

What time does your shoot start on the wedding day?

Depending on the time of the wedding ceremony, we usually arrive at the bride’s house a couple of hours in advance, but it always depends on the distance between the accommodation of the spouses and the place where the ceremony will take place. We don’t usually like to get to the bride’s house when she’s ready to go out. On the contrary, we like to capture everything happens before: hairstyle, makeup, dressing. There are always spontaneous and exciting situations and even though some brides don’t like to be photographed and filmed during preparations, we assure you it’s worth it. These are beautiful moments, which deserve to be remembered, like so many others.

Once in the restaurant, at what time do you suggest to go out to take pictures? How long does this photoshoot last?

Of course, we do not presume to condition the programs you have designed for your wedding day, but in our experience, we think we can give you some useful indications in order to work at best. First, to make beautiful photos we need a good light, a beautiful location, but especially your availability. Do not be afraid, it is not our custom to get the bride and groom away from the party and from the guests for a long time. However, we do not work miracles and we need at least 25-30 minutes to do a good job, which satisfies us and, above all, will satisfy you.

What time does your service end on the wedding day?

The service ends with the cutting of the cake, but it depends.

We are already married, but we would like a couple photoshoot. Is it possible?

Yes. We realize “love shooting” for any couple and anywhere on the planet. We love these photoshoots. They allow us to work in peace, with the best light and in the most beautiful place.

Here you find our travel dates, if you ever want a photoshoot in one of the places we are going to visit.
